Am I required to make my property available to Section 8?
Yes, in the State of Oregon you must allow anyone on Section 8 to apply. They still have the same qualification standards they need to meet. -
Are you licensed?
Yes, I am a licensed Property Manager with over 10 years’ experience. -
How soon can you start managing my property?
We will do an inspection of the home if it is vacant, meet to sign the contract and we could start immediately. -
Who holds the tenant security deposit?
Premier Property Management holds security deposits in a separate Clients’ Trust Account as required by law. -
What type of reports do I get and how often?
You will have access 24/7 to an owner portal so you can see real time any accounting or maintenance work orders pending completed etc. We provide monthly owner statements (showing income and expenses for the month). In February of the following year, we send out year end reports along with 1099 misc for rental income. -
Can you put the money directly into my account?
Yes, if you have a bank account with a local branch here in Medford. We personally deposit your monies. -
How and when do I get my checks?
Owner funds and statements are sent out on or before the 20th of each month. We can deposit your funds directly into your account or mail them along with your monthly statement. We can also email your statements or publish them directly for you to log on to your account. -
Can I reach you after hours?
Yes, calls made to the office after hours will have the option of reaching us for emergencies. -
What type of properties do you manage?
Residential properties. I do not manage commercial properties.
